Just like a personal workout training coach, Couch to 5k will help you get into shape using the Couch to 5k Running Plan, a simple series of workouts about 20-30 minutes long each. In 9 weeks, you'll be able to run 5 km (3.1 miles) without stopping or walking. This app is great for beginner runners who have never run before or former runners who want to start up again.

* Alternate between jogging and walking intervals.
* Intervals gradually become more challenging to build your running endurance.
