On of the hidden gems in myWeight is the ability to comment on weight entries. This is a simple way for you to track what you ate, workout details or how you were feeling that day. This optional daily diary can help you better understand your weight patterns. Sharing. myWeight makes sharing your progress safe and easy. By tapping "Share" you can send an email with a summary of your progress and a table of your weight, BMI and comment log. This is helpful, whether you're bragging to your workout partner or checking in with your health care provider. Sync. Your weight data is very important to you. You may track your weight for years and losing your data could be devastating. To protect you, we have built in the ability to sync your data to our secure server. Syncing is easy and free. All you need is an email address and a password. After you have an mRemedy ID, we back up everything so you have a restore point if you ever lose your data.
