Who the heck are these guys? Vietnamese Apple fan/rumor site Tinh Tế has again scooped the industry — yes, everybody, again — with the acquisition of an iPod touch with integrated camera module, though various pundits are saying the device pictured is likely a current-generation (2009) prototype.
