iPhone and iPod touch: How to change the language when it's set to one you don't understand
If your iPhone or iPod touch is not set to your preferred language, please make sure you have completed the setup in iTunes. This document explains how to change your language settings on the device if you need to—because you have completed the setup in iTunes and the language is still incorrect, or you have accidentally changed the language on the device to one you don't understand.
